The legislative act does not extend the Law "On Public Procurement" on the cases, when the subject of procurement is oil, crude oil products, oil products purchased by the legal entities (their unions) conducting commercial activity aimed at further resale or processing and services necessary for it: on processing, produce, transportation, cargo carriage, storage, quantity inspection, customs and brokerage service, information-analytical and financial support, insurance etc. Moreover, the document excludes item 4 of clause 2, whereby, purchase of oil or crude oil products shall be regulated by different Laws of Ukraine.
